【Overview of Implementation】

The Early Morning Opening Program for FY2026 (Reiwa 8) will be operated and managed by the Tokyo Marathon Foundation.

The program aims to support people’s health and well-being through running, while contributing to a better society by creating healthier lifestyles and communities through running.

Visitors who do not participate in any activities are also welcome to enter the Garden during the early morning opening hours.
