Shinjuku Gyoen has implemented a reservation system to reduce congestion and prevent
accidents during cherry blossom viewing season. However, due to the expected low
number of visitors due to bad weather, advance reservations will not be required on
Saturday, April 4th.
Advance reservations will continue to be accepted for  Sunday, April 5th.

[For those who have already made reservations]
There is no need to cancel, and you can enter the garden on the day according to the
following. In addition, you can enter the garden at any time during opening hours regardless
of the time of your reservation.
〇Reservations through Asoview
①For those who have purchased a date and time designated admission e -ticket in
advance
Touch the purchased e-ticket at the entrance gate to enter the garden.
*If you wish to cancel and make a reservation for another day, please cancel by Friday,
the 3rd, as a 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel on Saturday, the 4th.
② For those who have already obtained a reservation ticket with a specified date and
time
Purchase your ticket at the automatic ticket machine or counter, or touch your
transportation IC card (Suica, PASMO, etc.) to the entrance gate to enter the garden.
