We will be updating the admission facilities at the Sendagaya Gate on Tuesday, September 2, at the Okido Gate on Tuesday, September 9, and at the Shinjuku Gate on Wednesday, September 17.

Due to the renewal of our admission facilities, the current and new systems will be used at the same time from September 2 to 15. Because these systems are not compatible, we will handle your admission as follows.

Please note, there are no change to the process if you purchase tickets at an automatic machine or counter, or if you enter by tapping a transportation IC card at the gate.

〇 Asoview E-tickets and Annual Passes
For guests entering during the following periods, please present your e-ticket or annual pass to the staff at Counter 1 at your respective gate. Your tickets will be processed using a handheld terminal.
Sendagaya Gate : From Tuesday, September 2, to Monday, September 15 (public holiday)
Okido Gate : From Tuesday , September 9, to Monday, September 15 (public holiday)

〇 Procedure to Update Your Annual Pass
You can have your annual pass, issued under our current admission system, updated to be compatible with the new system. If you would like to do this, please inform a staff member at any of our gate counters.
