Seven Uwaya flower beds and two alley flower beds are set up to harmonize with the garden landscape. We suggest you follow the path to fully enjoy the beauty of each flower bed.<\/p>\n<p>(Please refer to the Attachment \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/policies.env.go.jp\/national-garden\/shinjukugyoen\/english\/news\/documents\/20261006_file.pdf\">Pamphlet of Chrysanthemum Exhibition<\/a>\u201d for details.)<\/p>\n<p>In 1878, the Imperial Household Ministry held the first chrysanthemum exhibition for the Imperial Family at Akasaka Palace. The chrysanthemum exhibition then developed into an event to which foreign envoys were also invited. In 1929, the event was relocated to Shinjuku Gyoen from Akasaka Palace. Please show the certificate at the entrance of Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.<\/p>\n<p>Note: During the Chrysanthemum Exhibition period, the Information Center (at Art Gallery on the 1st floor) located outside the Shinjuku Gate entrance is hosting \u201cGuide of Chrysanthemum\u201d exhibition that clearly introduces the appeal of the Shinjuku Gyoen Chrysanthemum Exhibition.
