1.Overview of Implementation
\nThe early morning opening in 2025 (Reiwa 7*) will be managed by the Tokyo Marathon Foundation. Its theme is to support the health and well-being of individuals through running, and to help shape better communities and living environment by making running a catalyst for positive change.<\/p>\n

\u203bEven if you’re not participating in an activity, you can still enter during the early morning opening hours.<\/p>\n
