{"id":45656,"date":"2025-09-24T10:08:13","date_gmt":"2025-09-24T01:08:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fng.or.jp\/shinjuku\/?p=45656"},"modified":"2025-09-24T10:08:13","modified_gmt":"2025-09-24T01:08:13","slug":"20250924-01","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fng.or.jp\/shinjuku\/2025\/09\/24\/20250924-01\/","title":{"rendered":"(Important Notice) The handling of Annual Passes Due to the Renewal of Garden facilities (updated 22 Sep.,2025)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u00a0<span class=\"aly_tx_f_red\">\u00a0\u00a0 Due to a higher-than-expected number of users transitioning to the new annual pass system, we are currently experiencing a shortage of cards for\u00a0printing.<\/p>\n<p>We expect our next card shipment to arrive in early October, and we will\u00a0temporarily suspend annual pass renewal procedures until then.<\/p>\n<p>We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.<\/p>\n<p>For those who hold an annual pass from the previous system and plan\u00a0to visit before early October, please show your pass at Gate 1 (the one\u00a0closest to the ticket counter) at any of the ticket booths for entry.<\/p>\n<p>We will make another announcement when we resume the annual pass\u00a0renewal procedures.<\/p>\n<p>We sincerely apologize for the continued inconvenience and appreciate\u00a0your understanding and cooperation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We have updated the admission facilities at the Sendagaya Gate on Tuesday, September 2, at the Okido Gate on Tuesday, September 9, and at the Shinjuku Gate on Wednesday, September 17.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the update to our garden entry system, we have improved convenience. Now you no longer have to fill out a new application when renewing your annual pass, and the pass itself features a new design.<\/p>\n<p>However, since the new system is not compatible with the previous one, we kindly ask for your cooperation in transferring your annual pass.<\/p>\n<p>\u3007Procedure to Update Your Annual Pass<br \/>\nYou are requested to transfer your annual pass, issued by the previous garden entry system, to one compatible with the new system (at no charge). If you would like to do this, please inform a staff member at any of our gate counters.<\/p>\n<p>\u203bPlease note that your expiration date will be carried over as is.<br \/>\n\u203bRenewal is available starting one month before your pass expires.
